By returning merchandise, you agree to our company terms. Unauthorized merchandise will be returned at customers expense. Customer will be responsible for shipping fee to return back.

Merchandise must in resaleable condition and be free of stains, odors, pet hair.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or received incorrectly. If an item received is damaged or an error on our part, we will replace it (same size/style item) and will credit the original shipping on your order.
